This cowl is inspired by the charming Chagrin Valley area in Northeast Ohio, which is made up of quaint towns, beautiful parks, and wonderful people. It is knitted in the round, and may be adjusted in size.  This cowl is adjustable in size, and can be made either larger or smaller by increasing or decreasing the cast-on by a multiple of 20 stitches. However, if you adjust the size of the cowl, remember that this will affect the amount of yarn required.

The pattern consists mainly of written instructions, however, both written and charted instructions are provided for the lace portion of the cowl.
